Common Problems on Windows:
‘When watching a live feed the stream often stops, then continues but appears to skip and stop further… ‘
Reason: This is often down to bandwidth … if there is a lot of traffic for that show then it is common for the footage to skip or stop sometimes.
Solution: Most cases when the show is uploaded and the link live on the homepage, if your broadband is adequate then the show should run more smoothly.
‘ There is a little box with a cross where the screen should be ‘
Reason: Your Windows media player is not recognising the media content… it is advised you update your media player codec’s ‘

‘ The Video does not work, I can hear the sound but no video ‘
Reason: Your Windows media is missing the relevant codec… it is advised you update your media player codecs ‘

Common Problems on Mac:
‘ The Video does not work at all or, I can hear the sound but no video ‘
Reason The show works to a .wmv format this means ‘windows media video’ nativly mac does not have a pre built codec for this. It is advised you download the codec to enable you to watch the media’
